Orville R. Luebke, age 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Valley VNA in Neenah. He was born on July 24, 1934 to Richard and Sadie (Bearwald) Luebke in Eldorado, WI. Orville married Carol Baker on July 9, 1960 in Oshkosh.He graduated high school and worked as a proofer/finisher in graphic artistry for OEC Graphics, and later American Can Corp. and at 59 he retired from American Can.In his younger years Orville enjoyed boating and traveling with his wife, Carol. He also enjoyed hunting, and was an avid snowmobiler in his later years. He loved his Cushman motor scooter and had a love for dogs.He is survived by his wife: Carol; daughter: Carrie (Robert) Buss; grand puppy: Reno; sisters: Judie (Roger) Ehlke and Nancy Wolf; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Orville was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers in law: David Wolf and Bronson "Phil" (Nancy) Baker.A memorial service for Orville will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-(Eastside) with Rev. Jennifer Czarnota officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service. He will be inurned at Lake View Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church (808 N Main St. Oshkosh, WI) in Orville's name.The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Valley VNA, Lakeland Care District, Theda Care at Home Hospice and friends for all the love and support.
