He was born on August 11, 1964, in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, to his loving parents Jesus and Carmen Figueroa. Osvaldo leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and cherished memories.

Osvaldo was a devoted and caring father to five beautiful children: Osvaldo Figueroa Jr, Daisy Torres, Monica Garcia, Cindy Orsini, and Fantayza Figueroa. His role as a father was his utmost priority, and he nurtured his children with unwavering love, support, and guidance throughout their lives.

Osvaldo also took great joy in being a grandfather to six grandchildren, who were a tremendous source of happiness and pride for him. His love for them knew no bounds, and he relished in the moments spent with each of them.

Osvaldo received his education at Holyoke High School, where he developed a thirst for knowledge and a passion for growth. His commitment to learning extended beyond the classroom, and he continuously sought opportunities to expand his horizons.

Professionally, Osvaldo found fulfillment and purpose in his role at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Through his dedication and service, he actively contributed to making his community a safer place. His unwavering commitment to the well-being of others served as a guiding light to those around him.

Osvaldo Figueroa was a man of integrity, compassion, and strength. He possessed a kind heart that touched the lives of many. His presence will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
