Owen Hill Robins M.D. was born on July 22, 1931 in Charleston, West Virginia to Dr. Hugh Barbie and Irene Hill Robins and passed away in Houston, TX on March 1, 2013 at the age of 81. Visitation with the family will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Darst Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services with full military honors will be 2:00 p.m. Friday in the Chapel of the Houston National Cemetery.
