Palayo Menendez, 71, of Parish, NY passed Saturday, March 24, 2018, with his family by his side. Palayo was born to Palayo Menendez, and Victoria Hernandez-Menendez, June 04, 1946 in Havana, La Habana, Cuba. 

Palayo graduated from Miami High school. Palayo worked at Drivers Village. He also was an avid golfer and loved his dog. 

Palayo is survived by 4 children: Alex Menendez of Orlando Fl, Dion Menendez of Tampa Fl, Alberto Menendez of Verona NY, Palayo Menendez of Parish NY, and 4 grandsons and 6 granddaughters.

Their will be a family only, private viewing on Thursday, March 29, 2018. Their are no services.
