The family of Parker Combs announces with profound sadness his passing on April 8, 2023, at the age of 69. Parker was born on February 18, 1954, in Warrenton, Virginia, United States, to the late Daniel and Brittany Binns Combs.

Parker was a devoted husband to Tracey Lynn Rosewood, his beloved partner of 35 years. They were blessed with two children, Dorothy Owens, and Jennifer Scott, and three grandchildren. Parker will be remembered for his kind and gentle nature, his selflessness, and his devotion to his family and friends.

Parker was a hardworking man who dedicated his life to serving his community. He worked tirelessly as a volunteer at the local food bank for over 15 years, helping to provide food and assistance to those in need. He also served as a mentor to many young people in his community, inspiring them to pursue their dreams and guiding them along the way.

A visitation will be held at Preston and Sons of Manassas on Thursday April 13, 2023 from 6pm - 9pm. A funeral service will be held the following day at Bethel United Methodist Church in Warrenton at 11am. Interment will follow to Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper, Va with burial at 2pm.

Preston and Sons Funeral Home of Manassas is serving the family. Arrangements are being held through Funeral Director Judy Ward with the Upmost or Care.

Parker's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him. His family, friends, and colleagues will remember him fondly for his warmth, his sense of humor, and his unwavering commitment to making the world a better place.
