Patricia Brown was born in Bucksport SC on July 10, 1953 to the late Lillian Graham-Brown and late Willie James Brown Sr.

Throughout her life she resided in Newark, NJ, Roseboro NC, and Greenville NC. While in Newark, she worked at Hollywood Florists as a florist designer, NJ State Department Board of Nursing, and the East Orange Library. While in Roseboro, Patricia obtained an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Sampson Community College and also worked as a teacher assistant in both the Clinton City and Sampson County school systems.

She is survived by her children, Sergei Brown of Clarksville TN and Christina Bullón-Davis (Kevin Davis) of Durham NC, two grandsons Mason and Kaleb Davis, 8 siblings, Willie James Brown Jr. of Greenville NC, the late Edna Brown of Virginia Beach VA, , Princess Brown Francis of Newark NJ, Brenda Robinson of New Windsor NY, Donita Sug Brown of Irvington NJ, the late Curtis Brown of Lakeland FL, Katina Singleton and Rodney Singleton of Loris, SC, and a host of nieces and nephews; Lanesha Oates of New Windsor NY, Janise Robinson of New Windsor NY, Qadriyyah Brown of Irvington NJ, Michael Robinson of New Windsor NY, Amirah Brown of Miami FL, Windell Brown Jr. of Newark NJ, grand nephews Jerome Oates Jr, Jerron Oates, Zierre Robinson and Mikah Robinson and a host of aunts and uncles.
