On April 23, 2024, the world lost a ray of sunshine with the passing of Patricia Ann Wenk of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Born on April 12, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland, Patricia brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.
Daughter of William and Edna Sarro, Patricia married the love of her life, Robert R. Wenk Sr., in 1977. Together, they raised their daughter Kelly Wetzel and welcomed their son-in-law, Bradley Wetzel into the family.
One of Patricia's greatest joys in life was being a Granny to her grandson, Gunnar Wetzel, who brought endless happiness to her days.
In addition to her loving family, Patricia had a passion for life and took pleasure in simple things like doing crafts, cooking, gardening, taking golf cart rides, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and four legged companion, Lexi. She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laugh, and unwavering love for those around her.
While Patricia may no longer be with us, her spirit will live on in the memories of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
You can to the family or in memory of Patricia Wenk.

Momma Wenk- you raised a beautiful, loving, kind and sassy daughter! I know she loved you with all her heart and will miss you the same way. Your little grandson is blessed with the memories you and he created. Please watch over Kelly.

Trish was truly the most fun, loving, and compassionate person ever! As my cousin, we spent many summers riding horses, picking berries, and playing with all her brothers and sisters! She was beautiful inside and out❤️. May your lovely sole rest in peace🙏🏼

Momma Wenk was the sweetest lady!! She always treated me as one of her own. We have shared great memories. (Especially my first cliff jump) She made the best deviled eggs! She will be missed beyond words. Fly high angel, until we meet again! ❤️🙏
