Pierce, Patricia Jean,88, formerly of Crescent Hill, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017. She was the loving wife of 67 years to the late Robert Eugene Pierce. Patricia was born on September 20, 1929 to the late George and Josephine Stephens Brown. She was an overseas operator for Bellsouth early in her life and retired as a secretary for the Evangel Christian School. She was a member of the Evangel Christian Life Center for over 40 years. Patricia was preceded in passing by her husband Robert Eugene Pierce and siblings George "Georgie" Brown Jr., Lila Wright, and Doris Roan.She is survived by her children; Terri L. Powell (Eddie), David W. Pierce, Robert D. Pierce, Pamela J. Pierce, and Brian K. Pierce (Linda), grandchildren; Scott Pierce-Magers, Brandon Pierce-Carlton, Cassie Pierce, Bradley and Dalton Pierce, two great-grandchildren Titus Magers and Raylan Glover, and her sister JoAnn SummersA service to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at 1 PM, Monday, October 9, at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with interment to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
