Patricia Lineberger Revels, 56, of Thaxton, Va. passed away Monday, July 17, 2017, at Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was born on Saturday, March 18, 1961, in Washington, D.C., a daughter of the late Frank H. Lineberger and Loretta Beauvais Lineberger. She was also preceded in death by her son, Robert Lee Revels; her brother, David Higgins; her sister, Sue Turner; and her dog, Zeus.??She was a member of the Virginia Draft Horse & Mule Association and the Virginia Purcheron Association and was a faithful volunteer for several years for Astride with Pride and Saint Francis Service Dogs. ??She is survived by her husband, Alfred Lee Revels; her daughter, Elizabeth Lauren Revels; her brothers, Frank H. Lineberger Jr. and wife Tina of Great Falls and Donald W. Lineberger and wife Faye of Norfolk; her sisters, Sylvia J. Mountcastle of Chester, Cecilia L. Price and husband Bob of Fuquay Varina, N.C. and Mary L. Oliver and husband Larry of Chester; and her canine companions, Smokey and Polly. ??The family requests those wishing to make memorials to consider Saint Francis Service Dogs, P.O.
