Patrick J. EganLansing Age 65, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Pat was born on September 8, 1951 in Lansing, the son of the late Bernard and Barbara (Gutzki) Egan. He graduated from O'Rafferty High School in 1969. He spent most of his working career in banking, where he worked and retired from LAFCU as their vice-president of tellers and worked with ASTERA for a few years. Pat was a true master gardener and loved to help friends with outdoor projects. A lover of animals, Pat was a breeder of havanese dogs and co-owner of VanCort Happy Havanese. After the death of his mother, Pat volunteered his time with Mother Teresa House. Pat was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bob Egan. Surviving are his brothers, Mike (Sharan) and Bernie (Michelle); sisters, Mary (Gary) DuBois, Beth (Mark) Esch and Helen (Allen) Johnson;13 nieces and nephews; 9 great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Pat's life will be held and announced at a later date.
