Patsy Gail GradyJuly 14, 1943 - February 18, 2016Patsy Gail Grady, 72 passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 after prolonged illnesses. She was living in Brigham City at the time of her passing. Patsy was born on July 14, 1943 in Kent, Washington a daughter to Hallie Arleen Hocking and Floyd Thomas Sandusky. She spent most of her life in Pocatello, Blackfoot, Fort Hall and Idaho Falls Idaho. Patsy recently moved to Utah to be closer to her daughter. Patsy attended Pocatello High School. Years later she obtained her certification to be a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Counselor which she felt was her greatest accomplishment. She also attended Vo-Tech at ISU to become a nail technician.She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Patsy was very proud of her 38 years of sobriety. She enjoyed her many friends of Bill W. She touched many lives and loved to do service work, fellowship, attend meetings, assemblies and campouts. Her children and grands were very important to her and she was proud of them all. Surviving are her daughters: Michelle (Joseph) Moyer and Angela (Rick) Seymour, seven grandchildren; Tyler (Danielle) Richardson, Jessica Baker, Adrianne Seymour, Sean Johnson, Matthew Peart, Jordyn Myers and Christopher Seymour and eight great-grandsons; Victor Baker, Tony Baker, Alex Baker, Izahia Baker, Xzavior Brower, Kashton Myers, Maverick Richardson and Dace Barrella. Also sisters Ann (Lynn) Evans, Sharon Courier, Margaret Funk and LaRee High.Proceeded in death by her husband Edward Grady; son Victor Johnson; parents and three sisters; Joyce Sandusky, Carol Sandusky and Barbara Felts. Memorial Services will be Saturday, February 27 at 2:00 pm at the Friendship Club, 745 S. 1st Ave., Pocatello, Idaho.Interment will be at Mountain View Cemetery. A single rose was her only request. In lieu of additional flowers Patsy would rather donations be made to a food bank of your choice. The family would like to offer our heart-felt thanks to Lincoln Court Assisted Living of Idaho Falls, ID and Maple Springs/Integrity Home Health Care of Brigham City, UT, for the tender care they gave our mother during her stay and illnesses.
