Paul David Hebert, 62, of Lisbon, OH, formally Wheeling, WV passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at home. 

He was born March, 27, 1957 in Washington, PA., son of the late Paul Dennis Hebert and Elizabeth Ann (Viens) Hebert. 

Paul retired from UPS after 20 years of service was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Lisbon, OH. He loved music, dancing and was fan of Jamboree In The Hills. Most people called him by his nickname \"Buster\".

Surving are his wife, Patricia Sue (Blake), his three children Paul Dennis (Jennifer) Hebert II of Moundsville, Michelle Lyn Hebert of McMechen, and Elizabeth Odessa (Eric Jerge) Hebert Of Wheeling, two brothers, George and Robert, four sisters, Peggy, Sandy, Pauline, and Judy, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. 

Friends will be received on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Kepner Funeral Home, 304-242-2311, 166 Kruger Street, Elm Grove, Wheeling WV from 2-4pm and 6-8pm where services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 12:30pm.
