Paul Edward HoughGROVE CITY: Paul Edward Hough, aged 93, died at Carriage Court in Grove City, surrounded by his family on March 21, 2017. He was born on July 30, 1923 in Hallsville, Ohio to Bernice Eileen Newman (Good) and Orland Newton Hough. He was a devoted husband and father, and was married for 72 years to Lois Anne (Givens) Hough who preceded him in death in October, 2016. He had three brothers who also preceded him: Orland Russel, Robert, and John (Jack). Mr. Hough was a graduate of Chillicothe High School and attended the New Mexico School of Mines. He honorably served in WWII in the Army Signal Corps "Ramblers" and was proud of his service in France and Germany. He retired from the Columbus & Southern Ohio Electric Co. as a manager in both Chillicothe and Wellston, Ohio. He also enjoyed meeting with the "East-Enders" group in Chillicothe and was a life long member of the Scioto Lodge #6 and all Chillicothe York Rite Bodies. He is survived by his daughters Margaret Braidic of Bloomington, Minnesota and Mary Mynatt of Grove City, Ohio. His granddaughters Sarah Fette (Jeff), Emily Cruz (Mark), Susan Fritzke (Aaron) and Dr. Irene Mynatt; and five great-grandchildren with one expected in July will miss him. Mr. Hough will be remembered for his love of photography - family and friends warmly recall that he attended every function with his favorite camera around his neck. He truly enjoyed his coin collections and was an avid computer user which reflected his love of gadgets and tech. He would want any memorials in his name to be given to the Breathing Association (
