He will be sorely missed by all who knew him, especially his children, friends and relatives.Paul was born on Sept. 9, 1933 in Nampa, Idaho to Jesse Clifton and Ethel Cary Ralphs. He graduated from Greenleaf Friends Academy and attended George Fox College and Northwest Nazarene College, where he was a star pitcher on both baseball teams. In 1955 he was married to Lois Mae Tracy with whom he had four children: Tracy Prewett (married to Rich Prewett), Douglas Ralphs, Elaine Leingang (married to Thad Leingang) and Diane Ralphs. In his later years he became an avid bicyclist, often riding 100 miles per day, and over 10,000 miles per year. He was an amazing example of health and vitality for his age. His love for farming and gardening lasted his whole life, and he was an accomplished painter, baker and candy maker and avid reader. His love of Boise State Football was equaled only by his love for his cats.Paul had a quiet faith and love for God and the Bible, faithfully living his whole life by its principles.
