Paula Smith, beloved mother, grandmother, and professional chef, passed away on April 1st, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 74. Born on January 14th, 1950 to parents Paul A. Reed and Jamie Reed, Paula grew up in Phoenix, Arizona with a passion for cooking and singing.

After pursuing her love for culinary arts, Paula worked as a professional chef for many years before retiring in 2013. Known for her delicious creations and warm hospitality, Paula touched the lives of many through her culinary talents and generous spirit.

Paula is survived by her three children, Alexander Smith lll, Reginald Hunter, and Porsche Reed, as well as four grandchildren. Xavier Anderson, Donovan Smith, Ari Anderson, and Jackie Anderson. She was a loving and devoted mother who always put her family first, and her legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren.

In her free time, Paula enjoyed cooking for her loved ones and singing along to her favorite tunes. Her laughter and joyful spirit filled every room she entered, bringing light and warmth to those around her.

Paula's passing was due to complications from Cirrhosis of the liver, a battle she faced with courage and grace. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
