Janty, Pauline M.Pauline M. Janty, formerly of Elkhart Lake, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at her home in Kaukauna. She was born on August 13, 1953, to Helen (Theobald) and Norbert Janty. Pauline graduated from Elkhart Lake High School in 1971.Pauline was a beloved family member and cherished friend. She enjoyed reading, traveling, spending quality time with her precious dog Mandy and with relatives and friends. Pauline had a passion and a big heart when it came to helping others and giving back to the community, including involvement with the Toys for Tots program. She had a successful sales career in the transportation industry, where she dedicated over 43 years to various companies. Most recently she served as an Account Executive at R&L Carriers for the past seven years and received various awards for her top sales performance throughout her career. Pauline is survived by her sister Mary (Ken) Casper, brother John (Susan) Janty and her nieces and nephews Joseph Casper, Sarah (Jason) Casper-Due, Gina (Chris) Kraus and Brian (special friend Kim Green) Janty. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends. The family is especially grateful to friends and loved ones who supported and helped Pauline over the past several years. She was preceded in death by her parents and other relatives. A celebration of Pauline's life will be held at Millhome Supper Club (16524 Lax Chapel Road, Kiel, WI, 53042) on Sunday, October 15, 2017, from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, with an informal program at 2:00 pm.A private burial will occur with immediate family at a later date. In lieu of flowers and in honor of Pauline's wishes, memorial donations may be sent to High Cliff State Park for planting of trees. Checks can be made payable to Friends of High Cliff, directed to Tree Planting Fund and mailed to N7630 State Park Road Sherwood WI 54169. The Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, Kiel is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
