Ms. Pelter Leone Spear was born in Harlem, NewYork. on December 11th, 1970 and made her transition on April 1st, 2018. Born to Mr. Calvin Spear and Ms. Bobby Jean Harris both who have preceded her in death. Pelter leaves behind 2 children Sequoyah Smith and Shawn Copeland and 3 Grandkids.( Tremagne and Trevange McCluskey and Emiyah Gibson).
Affectionately called Peggy, she moved to Atlanta at the age of 3. She grew up in the Thomasville Heights community and graduated from Fulton High School. Pelter had a warm spirit and a bright smile. She loved fashion, music and loved to dance.
Peggy was very gifted. She was a part of the Soul Patrol, several beauty pageants, and could slay your hair and nails with her eyes closed. Everywhere Peggy went she was THE LIFE OF THE PARTY always making people laugh and smile.
Peter was loved by many and will truly be missed. She leaves to mourn 2 brothers, Anthony Harris and Calvin Spear Jr.; an Aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Richard (Carolyn Ann) Weems-Rogers. Mother-in-law Ernestine Butts; 2 sisters-in-law, Latreece Williams And Onetreece Williams. 4 sisters: Shanterria Watts Mr. and Mrs. Morris (Shanbrail) Price Jultonia Watts and Jaquita Watts and 2 brothers: Mario Weems Sr. and Devon Watts and Bestfriend Valencia Epps and a host of loving cousins and extended family and friends.
