Penelope Brown, 42, passed on March 22, 2023. She was born to Paul Brown and Mary Brown in Toledo, Ohio on April 03, 1980.

She married Bernard Brown in 2005 and they lived together in Toledo, Ohio. Together they raised 4 children Patricia Brown, Felicia Brown, Sharra Perry, Bernard Brown JR. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

Penelope graduated from Scott High school in 1997.
