It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Percy Edwards, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Percy was born on February 22, 1962, in Irondale, Alabama to Percy Jones and Lillie Mae Edwards.

After a long and fulfilling career in the United States Army, Percy retired in 1991, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, bravery, and sacrifice. He was a true patriot who served his country with honor and distinction.

Percy leaves behind a loving family, including his devoted wife, three children, and ten grandchildren. He was a pillar of strength and wisdom for all who knew him, always ready with a listening ear and a helping hand.

On August 14, 2024, Percy passed away due to heart failure. Although he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Percy Edwards. You will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
