Following high school, Phillip embarked on a remarkable journey, driven by his desire to create a positive impact. He enrolled at the renowned University of Kentucky, where he studied sociology and graduated with honors in 1978.

Phillip's dedication to helping others led him to pursue a career in social work. He tirelessly advocated for the less fortunate, advocating for their rights, and providing much-needed support to those in need.
