Phillip William CohnPhillip William Cohn of Wilsonville, Oregon, left his loved ones here on earth on July 31, 2015. He passed at his home in Charbonneau. He was 90. Phill was born on June 6, 1925, in Heppner, Oregon. He attended school in Heppner and graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. He served in the Navy as a radar specialist. In 1948 he married Marian Andrews and together they had 4 children, Teresa Cohn-Netter, Sheryl Gannon, Phillip Andrew Cohn and Elizabeth Cohn. Phill had a successful livestock business and later took his talented business ethics into real estate. His business ventures included Cohn Livestock, C and B Livestock, Superior Packing Company, Superior Farms, Pilgrims Pantry Inn, Blue Mountain Forest Products and Andrews Management. Phill was a very kind, gentle and true friend. His gifts were many and his generosity unmatched. He will be greatly missed by family and his vast array of friends and acquaintances. Phill is survived by his sister, Sally Cohn, and his four children and was predeceased by his wife, Marian. His incredible will for living should inspire us all. A memorial service will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church in Wilsonville on Friday, August 7, at 3;00 pm.
