Huss, PhleyPhley M. Huss, age 88, New London, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. She was born on April 7, 1929 in Kimberly, daughter of the late Fred and Alvina (Wulgaert) Van Landghen. On August 4, 1951, Phley was united in marriage to Lloyd N. Huss in Little Chute. Together they had four children: David Huss, Appleton; Jean Jones, New London; Linda (Dan) Depner, Shiocton; Celia (Joe) Diehl, De Pere. Lloyd preceded Phley in death on March 24, 2006. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Dan (Casey) Jones, Christopher and Laine Diehl, Anna and Christie Depner; 4 great-grandchildren: Zackary, Connor and Mackenna Jones and William Diehl. Phley is also survived by step grandchildren and 1 great-step granddaughter. 5 brothers: Doug, Jack (Ruth), Bruce, Bob and Dan and a sister in-law, Marian Ploederl. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Paul, sister in laws, Isabelle, Roxanne, Marge, Nancy and Joy, brother in-laws, Whimpy, Orville, Vincent and Harry and many other relatives.Phley loved country music and was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed spending time with her familyPhley was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church, Shiocton for many years. Phley's wish was to be cremated and will be entombed with Lloyd at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton. Funeral services for Phley will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Borchardt Moder Funeral Home, Shiocton with Deacon Ken Bilgrien officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
