Phyllis Jernigan of Chesapeake, Virginia passed away on May 16, 2024 at the age of 60. She was born on June 22, 1964.

Phyllis was a beloved mother to Jeri, Coral, and Taylor, and doted on her three grandchildren, Robert, Shoshanna, and Aiden Jernigan. She had a passion for knitting and spent many happy hours at the bingo hall with her friends.

Phyllis will be remembered for her infectious smile and kind heart. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
