Phyllis Penney, 71, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on October 17, 2024. She was born on June 5, 1953, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and kindness. Phyllis was known for her selflessness and genorcity, Phyllis will be remembered for her warm smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering faith. Phyllis Penney was a devoted wife of over 50 years to he surviving husband James Penney, the loving mother of 11 children, the grandmother to 10, and the great grandmother of 3. She spent her life caring for others at times at expense of her own care. She made a positive impact on so many people she came in contact with over the years. She was an amazing woman and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. We love you momma.
