Phyllis A. Parker, 88Muncie - Phyllis A. Parker, 88, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017, at Signature Health.She was born on April 6, 1929, in Eaton, the daughter of Earl and Irene McCord.Left to mourn her loss are her three sons, Ralph Hall of New Port Ritchey, Florida; Steve Hall (wife, Jane) of Albany and Marty Hall (wife, Debbie) of Eaton; a daughter, Becky Pierce (husband, Jerry) of Selma; seven grandchildren, Mark Hall (wife, Kim), Mike Hall (wife, Angie), April Dickey (husband, Roger), Megan Swift (husband, Justin), Aaron Hall, Brandon Hall (wife, Kristie), Lindsay Russell (husband, Daniel), and Jerry Pierce Jr. (wife, Julie); seventeen great-grandchildren; a brother, John McCord of Swayzee; and a sister, Sarah Ford of Muncie;She was preceded in death by two husbands, Forrest Antrim and Delbert Parker Jr.; three brothers, David McCord, Jack McCord, and Paul McCord; and her parents.Phyllis was an avid Indiana Pacers fan and loved flowers, cooking, reading and bird watching, especially hummingbirds and finches. She retired from Kerr Glass in Dunkirk after twenty-four years of service. She attended Center Chapel United Methodist Church and often participated in Joy Fellowship. Phyllis was a member and officer in the Women of the Moose Lodge Chapter 712 and a member of Borg Warner Sympathy Club.The Family wishes to extend a special thank you to Kindred Hospice and Signature Health for their kindness and loving care.Services will be 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel with Pastor Josh Arthur officiating.
