Phyllis was a lifelong resident of Little Rock, where she made numerous lasting friendships and touched the lives of many people. She was known for her warm smile, kind heart, and generous spirit.

Phyllis was a devoted wife to her husband of 56 years, James Martin, who passed away in 2016. Together, they raised three children: Gary, Brian, and Patricia. Phyllis was a dedicated mother who always put her family first and instilled in her children the values of hard work, kindness, and compassion.
