Phyllis Boyd, beloved wife of James Michael Boyd, daughter of Walter Jerome Hancock and Lorraine Hancock, passed away on June 10, 2024, in Manhattan, New York. She was born on August 3, 1953.

Phyllis was a graduate of Grover Cleveland High School, class of 1971. She enjoyed skating, dancing, and spending time with her friends.

She is survived by her son Ronnie Lamar Hancock and daughter-in-law Laquanda Joseph, as well as her three grandchildren. Phyllis will be remembered for her infectious laughter and unwavering love for her family.

Although she has left us, Phyllis will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear friend.
