How Do You Delete an Obituary ? | If you would like to delete an obituary that You have created on Our Website, follow these steps: (i) Log on to the Website and navigate to the main dashboard; then (ii) Click the blue action button and select “Delete Obituary”; and lastly, (iii) Confirm by clicking “Yes”. For further guidance on how to delete an obituary, which includes a short set of video instructions, please review the information contained here.
How Do You Delete Your User Account and PII ? | If you would like to delete Your user account on Our Website, including Your PII, follow these steps: (i) Log on to the Website and navigate to the main dashboard; then (ii) Click the blue action button and select “Delete My Account”; and lastly, (iii) Confirm by clicking “Yes”. For further guidance on how to delete Your user account, which includes a short set of video instructions, please review the information contained here. Please note that: (i) You must separately delete any obituary that You have created prior to deleting Your user account as otherwise the obituary will remain on the Website without Your ability to make any changes thereto; and, (ii) any of Your PII that was transferred or conveyed to a third-party or Our Affiliates prior to Your deletion of Your user account will remain in the possession of that third-party or Our Affiliates subject to their respective privacy policy and practices.
What Happens to Your Deleted Data ? | If You choose to delete Your user account on Our Website, Your PII may remain on the computer servers hosting the PII for up to thirty (30) days thereafter. Anything You delete within Your profile or within Your user account while Your account otherwise remains active may also remain on the computer servers hosting the information for up to thirty (30) days before being purged altogether.
Third Party Services | You may purchase products or register for services by accessing links placed on Our Website. Certain products or services available on Our Website may be offered in partnership with third-parties or Our Affiliates, and You may be required to either separately disclose PII to those third- parties or Our Affiliates, or to consent to allowing us to share Your PII, in order to purchase those products or to register for or access those services.
