Rahmeek Regis, 29, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, passed on March 06, 2023. James was born on February 02, 1994. He moved to Carlisle during his early teen years and graduated from River Rock Alternative in 2011. He recently went back to school at Triangle Tech. Throughout his life, Rahmeek enjoyed playing football, music, traveling, spending time with family and friends, working out and training, especially with his son. Rahmeek was a great friend and was always there to help or listen when needed. He loved his kids and enjoyed spending time with them. 

Surviving is his mother Cydni M. Miller, father Kasey L. Regis, his son, Rahmeek Regis Jr. , 2 daughters, Julissa Ellion Regis, Timeyah Ahke Regis, 2 sisters, Patrica B. Jenkins , Lucille Jenkins , Grandmother Tamera W. Miller (Tammy), 2 grandfathers Calvin Regis, great grandfather, Emmanuel Regis, long-time friend, Shannon A. Thompson and proceeding him in death is his Uncle Jabari Miller . 

A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, March 17, at Ewing Brother Funeral Home, 630 S Hanover St, Carlisle PA 17013, with Paster Omar S. Bryant officiating.
