Seattle has lost one of its beloved residents with the passing of Raina Trine on April 20, 2022. Born on July 12, 1982, Raina lived a vibrant life full of laughter and joy.

Raina was the daughter of Timothy and Pheobe Trine. She grew up in Seattle, attending Lincoln High School where she excelled both academically and socially. After graduating in 2000, she enrolled in the University of Washington to further her studies.

Raina's kind heart led her to Seattle Children's Hospital, where she worked tirelessly to care for sick children. She touched the lives of countless patients and their families with her compassion and dedication.

Despite battling pancreatic cancer, Raina remained positive and upbeat till the very end. Her partner, Matt was a constant source of love and support, even in the toughest of times. Though Raina had no children, she was a treasured friend to many children whom she mentored and guided throughout her life.

Raina Trine was a true gem in the Seattle community, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace, Raina.
