We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Ramona Waldstein, who was born on July 7, 1954, in Sioux Rapids, Iowa, United States. Ramona passed away on May 29, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Ramona was the daughter of Harold Ness and Margaret Arnts-Ness. She was married to Kyle Waldstein in 1973 and together they had two children, Travis Waldstein (spouse Amy Tokle-Waldstein) and Joni Waldstein. Ramona was also a proud grandmother to four grandchildren.

Ramona attended Sioux Rapids-Rembrandt High School and continued her education at Buena Vista College, ultimately earning a Master's Degree in Education & Guidance. She was passionate about her work and dedicated to helping others.

In her free time, Ramona enjoyed sewing, antiquing, and reading. She had a creative spirit and a love for learning new things.

Her kind heart and warm smile will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Ramona leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Ramona's passing was a result of cardiac arrest. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
