Ramona J. BarronPreston, Idaho - Ramona Ann Jones Barron, 68, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at the Franklin County Transitional Care Center in Preston, Idaho. She was born on July 25, 1946 in Preston, Idaho to Mark Alloid and Mary Louise Willmore Jones. Ramona was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed handiwork and knitting for many years. She like to go fishing and was a waitress for many years before moving to Preston. She is survived by her son Gary Barron, of Preston; three grandchildren Zachary, Zander, and Zoe, three brothers Alford (Clareen) Jones, of Preston; Alvaro (Beverly) Jones, of Preston; Jon Troy (Kathy) Jones, of Hawaii, and a sister Mary Lue (Delbert "Zip") Chandler, of Rupert, Idaho. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extend family. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers Thomas DeRece Jones and Gary Lee Jones.Memorial services will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 11 a.m at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 East in Preston with Bishop Jay McKenzie conducting.
