Randall "Randy" Troy Schulze Sr.1949-2017Randall "Randy" Troy Schulze Sr., of Richmond, TX., was born on May 20, 1949, in Texas City, TX., and passed away peacefully on Oct. 13, 2017, surrounded by family and friends. A celebration of Randy's life will be held on Thurs., Oct. 19, 2017, at 11am at Faith United Methodist Church, 4600 FM 359, Richmond, TX.Interment will be on Fri., Oct. 20, 2017, at 9:30am in Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Wanda Schulze.He is survived by his wife, Rose Mary Schulze; son, Troy Schulze (Kayla); daughter, Stephanie Johnston; step-son, Michael Galvan (Kendra); grandchildren, Sloan, Noah and Lyla; brothers, Ed Schulze (Patrice) and Jim Schulze (Patty).At the time of his death he was a Partner in Stancil Property Tax, LLC., serving a variety of clients throughout the U.S. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church where he led a Sunday school class for 17 years and served on several committees. Randy was also instrumental in establishing Fort Bend Ramps a non-profit group assisting people with mobility issues.
