Randall Winans, 60, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed on August 18, 2023. Randall was born on November 9th, 1963. A loved uncle, son, brother, and a man. He is survived by his siblings Loretta Espinosa, Susan Winans, Russell Winans. While Randy had many hardships in his life he can now be at peace with the world.
