Magwire, 63Sauk RapidsFormerly of Lincoln, NEJune 14, 1954 - Oct. 6, 2017A Celebration of Life will be 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Salem Lutheran Church in St. Cloud for Randhal S. Magwire, age 63 of Sauk Rapids who passed away on Friday at the St. Cloud Hospital. Rev. Marlene Elmstrom and Rev. Michael Magwire will officiate. Friends and relatives may call one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday evening. Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids. Randhal Scott Magwire was born on June 14, 1954 in Lincoln, NE to John "Jack" and Charlotte "Maxine" (Dauphin) Magwire. He was married to Sara Bartels on September 21, 1974 in Lincoln, NE. Randy and his family are members of Salem Lutheran Church in St. Cloud. Prior to moving to Sauk Rapids, Randy worked for Safeway in Lincoln for 11 years in Produce and Grocery Sales. He then worked as a Buyer for Nash Finch a number of years and then as a Produce Sales and Merchandising Manager for Spartan Nash. He had an extremely strong work ethic and was known for his dedication. Randy took enormous pride in his lawn and landscaping at home, loved being outdoors and was a huge Nebraska Cornhuskers fan. He was very loyal, strong willed and quiet. Randy loved spending time with his family, especially watching his daughter dance throughout the years and spending time with his grandchildren. He was the most outstanding husband, dad and grandpa. Survivors include his loving wife Sara of Sauk Rapids; daughter, Megan (Phil) Rogholt; grandchildren, Lillian and Kellan Rogholt all of Sauk Rapids; parents, Jack and Maxine of Lincoln, NE and brothers, Rev. Michael (Kathryn) of Chantilly, VA and David (Den Supalla) of Arvada, CO.In celebration of his enthusiasm for Nebraska Football, Randy's family encourages those attending to wear red. Obituary, guestbook and video tribute available online: www.williamsdingmann.com
