Randolph Gary Foster SchindelJuly 19, 1955 - October 9, 2016Randolph Gary Foster Schindel, 61, of Boise, ID, passed away peacefully on October 9 after a short illness. Randy was born on July 19, 1955 in Pomona, CA to Delma & Marvin Schindel and Allene & Howard Foster. He married Mary Wiersma in Ontario, CA on March 7, 1980; later moving to Idaho in 1987. Randy loved automotive repair and worked as a mechanic and at Snap-On Tools for 30+ years. He enjoyed music, all outdoor sportsman activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include Mary; children Maranda and Zachary; siblings Sally, Kim, Robert and Richard; and his beloved dog/best-friend, Pita; as well as many loving nieces, nephews and extended family/friends. Randy was a loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend to all. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Stephen Foster Sr.; his sister, Sally Kay; his nephew, Stephen Foster Jr.; and his niece, Kelsey Belcher. A time of gathering will be held on Saturday, October 29 at 11 a.m. at Cloverdale Memorial Park & Cemetery in Boise, ID; followed by a Remembrance Celebration/Roast at his children's home in Kuna.
