RAUL OSCAR PEINADO Raul O. Peinado passed away on April 14, 2017 at the age of 78. The fourth of six sons of Arnulfo and Themis Peinado was born on November 20, 1938. Raul was an El Paso High Tiger, class of 1956. He graduated from Texas Western College in 1961 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Following college he joined the U.S. Army serving mostly in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. After his discharge Raul returned home to work with his brothers as an engineer and to complete his masters in Structural Engineering at NMSU. Later he worked for various engineering companies both in El Paso and Houston. He loved his profession and worked diligently until he became ill and passed away. Most of all, he loved God and family. He was a long time church member of Coronado Christian Church. He loved spending time with his mother, brothers, and extended families. He leaves behind daughters, Michelle and son-in-law Mark with grandson, Zachary; and Deborah, with granddaughter, Helena. He also leaves his beloved wife of 32 years, Kathy, son James, son Jonathan and daughter-in-law Megan. His family and friends will surely miss him. He will be remembered always for his kindness, intelligence, humor and youthful smile. Thank you for everything, dear Raul. Rest in Peace in the House of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
