Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the Funeral Home. Ray was born on October 28, 1936 in Fall River, Massachusetts., son of the late Everett Barton Burbank and Martha Hubbard Burbank. He received his Bachelor Degree from APSU and Masters from Trevecca. Ray was a Baptist, Retired Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army, Veteran of the Koran Conflict and Vietnam Conflict, Lifetime Member of American Legion, VFW, and 5Th Special Forces Group. In addition to his parents Ray is preceded in death by his son, Kenny M. Burbank and brother, Perry Howarth.Survivors include his wife, Annalise Berta Burbank; children, Raymond M. Burbank, James E. McCain, Ellen E. Buhler, Michelle C. Buhler, Tatyanna M. Burbank; siblings, Constance H. Richard, Diane B. Richard, Thomas R. Burbank, Anne L. Vivenvio, Martha G. Aston and Candee E. Virney.
