Raymond Charles Haywood, 80, husband of Kay (Walker) Haywood of El Paso, passed away peacefully Monday, May 8, 2017 while at home. He was born on November 12, 1936, in Northampton, MA, a son of the late Raymond Haywood and Anne (McGrath) Haywood. Prior to retirement, Mr. Haywood served honorably as a member of the United States Air Force and United States Army, where he later retired. During his military service, Mr. Haywood served two tours in Viet Nam. During his lifetime Mr. Haywood was an avid golfer. He enjoyed participating in golf tournaments with his Son, who himself is a PGA Professional. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Raymond "Michael" of AZ, Daughters, Ann-Marie (Son-in-Law Phillip, Granddaughter Audra, Great Grandchildren Ma'Eve, Eli and Jax) of Virginia, Yvonne (Dusty), Jeanette, Joanne, and Maureen (Jimmy); and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother Bobby, father Raymond, and mother Anne. "Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean.
