Raymond J. MesickAge: 83 • MiddleburyRaymond J. Mesick, 83 of Middlebury passed away peacefully after a short illness on Monday, May 1,2017 at Helen Porter Nursing Home In Middlebury, Vermont. He was born on February 28,1934 in Fairfax, VT, the son of Herbert and Bertha (Wood) Mesick. Raymond married Marilyn Greene of Burlington in November 1969.He loved to get in his vehicle and just drive around and has traveled and seen most of the U.S.A. He was also a member of Moose Club in Burlington and Lions Club in Florida.Raymond is survived his wife Marilyn Mesick of 48 years and his six children: Marty Mesick and wife Cheri Dardeen of Leesburg FL., Joel Mesick and wife Sandra of Hartford, AL., Kimberly Lepage and husband Rick of Shelburne, VT., Shawn Mesick of Barbados, Debora Mesick Bouffard DuBrule and Husband John Bosley of Colchester, VT, and Brenda Mesick of Provo, UT., also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother Herman Mesick, parents Herbert and Bertha Mesick and also the mother of his children Joan DuBrule Cannistrano.Per his wishes, there will be no public services. Celebration of Raymond's life will be planned this summer for a private service. Stephen C.
