Mr. Raymond Henry Seppala, of LaGrange, passed away on October 17, 2015, at the Twin Fountains Home. Mr. Seppala was born on June 11, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Clifford Seppala and Catherine Tormala Seppala.

He proudly served his country in the United State Navy, was employed by General Motors for many years and was a member of Baptist Tabernacle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Laforet. On line condolences may be sent to the family at www.higginslagrangechapel.com.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Harris Seppala; sons, Raymond (Ray) Seppala, Jr. of Bellville, Michigan and Dwayne Seppala (Amy) of Valley, Alabama; daughters, Diane McCaslin (Randy) of Ypsilanti, Michigan and Vickie Holland (Todd) of Roswell; sister, Nora Hudleston (Lloyd) of Bellville, Michigan; grandchildren, Julie Holland, Kerri Holland, Dianna Seppala and Gypsy Cook; extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at 11:00 am at Baptist Tabernacle with Rev. Bobby Bozeman officiating. Interment will follow at Meadoway Gardens. Family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Higgins LaGrange Chapel Funeral Home, 706-884-7117.
