Rayshawn Mckinley (SHAKY RAY) was born on December 15, 1971, to Ella Mae and Rayman Mckinley of Detroit Michigan.

Rayshwan was the eighth of nine kids. RayShawn attended DPS for elementary, middle, and high school. Rayshawn would also attend many different churches in the neighborhood. Shaky Ray had a love-hate relationship with everyone, if he was described as a candy he would be a sour patch kid because he was always first sour then sweet. Shaky was well known in many different areas in Detroit, Mi and whereever he moved he would find him a spot to hold down. Shaky's last known spot was the trusted store on the east side of Detroit where he was always the center of attention. Shaky Ray also would be seen in videos with some of the Detroit Local Rappers like Peezy.

Shaky Ray was a loving person and could make you laugh at any point in time. Even though Shaky never had any children he loved kids. His nickname for all the little girls in or out the family would be a little mama for the boy's little man. Shaky Ray had his own walk, talk, and swag. You would see Shaky from a mile away as Shaky would say, aaall theee time.

Rayshawn leaves to celebrate his life his father, Rayman; one sister, Debra Wilson; two brothers, Otis and Duane Mckinley; his only uncle, Shareef Countryman; and one aunt, Dehlia Denson (Allen Preceding Rayshawn in death one sister Pauline Mckinley, four brothers Kevin, Melvin, Tyrone, and Howard Mckinley, three aunts Erma Lock, Pauline, Theresa and Christine Countryman (second mother).
