We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Redgy Boyer, who left this world on August 6, 2024, at the age of 71. Born on April 15, 1953, in Redding, California, Redgy was the beloved son of Jerry Boyer and Inez Goodwin.
Redgy is survived by his loving spouse, Sally Boyer, whom he married in 1980. Together they had two children, Lance Boyer (Tia) and Julie Paull (Ben). Redgy was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren - Leia, Lilly, Matthew, and Emily. He was the oldest brother of David Boyer and Mark Boyer, and step brother of Eric Christensen and Tina Presta.
Redgy attended Shasta High School, where he graduated in 1971. He furthered his education at Shasta College and graduated in 1998 . Redgy dedicated many years of his life to CalTrans before retiring in 2015.
Although Redgy was known for his hard work, he also enjoyed life. He loved fishing, cooking, baking, gardening, all kinds of art, and GTOs. He brought joy and laughter to those around him, and his presence will be greatly missed.
Rest in peace, Redgy Boyer.

I met Redgy & Sally at a conference that they volunteered at. The joy of life and love for each other was so contagious- it became the one of best parts of going to the next conference. Then I made the mistake of bringing my husband and the guys talked cars non-stop!! 🙂. What an incredible human being. Sally thank you for sharing him with us. We are better people for knowing you both. We love you both. Margaret & Mike
