Reginald Boogiebottom Sr. of Alexandria, Virginia, passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 21, 2025. He was born on July 5, 1946, and leaves behind a legacy that will be forever cherished.
Reginald, known to many as a devoted father to his son Reginald Terrance Boogiebottom Jr., was a man of many talents and passions. He attended Alexandria City High School, graduating in 1964, before continuing his education at Virginia Military Institute and graduating in 1969. His dedication to his studies was evident in all aspects of his life.
Reginald served his country with honor and bravery, as a Lieutenant in the Military Assistance Command, Vietnam, Studies and Observations Group (MACV SOG). His commitment to his country was unwavering, and his bravery in the face of danger was a testament to his character.
Outside of his military service, Reginald had a passion for Wiping Out Cleaners, a hobby that brought him great joy and satisfaction. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft was admired by all who knew him.
Reginald Boogiebottom Sr. will be remembered for his kindness, his strength, and his unwavering determination. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
