Richard Aaron "Rick" Armstrong52, of Anderson, passed away October 26, 2017 at St. Vincent's Hospital Indianapolis. He was born on September 3, 1965 in Indianapolis, Indiana.Rick graduated from Howell High School and served his country in the Army National Guard. He worked for 25 years for Royal Flush Plumbing.He was a die hard Steelers fan, enjoyed golf, drawing, playing the Xbox and reading. Rick is survived by his loving spouse of 26 years, Sylvia Armstrong; children, Richard Aaron Armstrong II, Cassie (Josh Keywood) Gardner, Crissie (Josh) VanBuskirk, Candice Armstrong, Amanda (Joe) Orbik, Jordan Grider; grandchildren, Noah Boatner, Mikey Stewart, Zachary Grider, Alyssa Grider, Brooklynn VanBuskirk, Hannah Orbik, Madalynn VanBuskirk, Gabriel Gardner, Boston VanBuskirk, Gavin Gardner, Gunner Gardner, Gage Gardner; siblings, Carrie Armstrong, Jeff (Mary) Armstrong, Jill Ramage, several nieces and nephews, special friends, Marty (April) Vaughn, Matt (Sandra) Wasson, Mike (Sherri) Levi, Laura Grider.He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Sherrie Armstrong and grandchild, Angel Baby.Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2017, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN.Services will be Thursday, November 2, 2017, 11:30 am at the funeral home.Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park with military rites.Memorial contributions may be made to 3816 Paysphere Circle Chicago, IL 60675. www.loosecares.com.
