Richard Bailey , 31, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed unexpectedly on November 18, 2023. Richard was born on December 11, 1991 in Rome, New York.

The father of Richard, Richard S. Bailey, predeceased him. He is survived by his sons Abel and Bentley, wife Melinda Becker, mother Linda Melnick, and his sister Kayla Jackson.
