Hey Dad, Its you birthday today. I wish I had done many things differently. You and Bonnie were good to me. I know it is too late, but I want you to know I think of you, mom, Jack and Bonnie everyday. You all made me who I am today. I wish we had all been closer. Maybe when I see you again I can get one of your HUGS. I love and miss you.

I remember hanging out with you Bev & all your siblings on Vauxhall St. Richard paying you, Kat & I to pull the dandelions out of the yard. Seemed like I lived at your house I was there so much. Sleeping over, eating dinner, swimming in your pool. Your dad & Bonnie were very good to me, treated me like another one of their kids. Im so very sorry for your loss. My love to you & your family.

I remember many things about my brother. Often, when he called out to any of his daughters or sons to get his/her attention, he would recite the whole list before landing on the correct one. Some might have faulted him for that. To me it meant that no one of children was far from being present in his mind, ever. Mostly I remember how much I miss him.

Hey Uncle Frank, do you have any stories of your big brother? You said once that dad was a HS football player. Anything else?
I remember waiting for Dad to come home from sea.
I still go by our house in New London and the bathroom window is still a stained glass window.

I remember my Aunt Bev telling me stories of dad when they grew up. He would pick on her, just like a big brother would.
