SEDALIA — Richard W. Howard, 70, of Sedalia, MO, passed away Wednesday, October 26th, 2016 at Rest Haven Convalescent Home, Sedalia. He was born on January 7, 1946, the son of Orville Walter Howard, who preceded him in death, and T. Loretta (Vaughan) Howard, who survives of Sedalia.

Richard was a member of the Center Missouri Council of the Blind. He enjoyed many years there and made many friends. He attended First Christian Church.

Besides his mother, Richard is survived by his sister, Shirley Stuttgen (Bob) of Elk River, MN; and two nephews, James P. Tierney of Elk River, MN, and Daniel A. Tierney of Fairbanks, AK.

There will be no formal services.
