Rickey E. Allen was the forth child born to William and Kathrine Allen on June 6,1951.  He went through Highland high school.(LOL) He was married to Marjorie Baily. Two children, Champale Adams and Rickey Jr. He is preceded in death by his parents:  William and  Kathrine Allen two sisters, Gwenderlyn Prince, Brenda Isaac, three brothers, William (Brother), Chester (Leon), TimothyAllen.  He is survived by his two children Champale and Rickey jr. seven grandchildren.  Two sisters (twins) Mary ann Williams of South Carolina. Willie Ann Allen of San Antonio,TX. 

                        Furneral service for Mr. Rickey Allen will be conducted at 9:00 - 11:00am Thursday October 9, 2019

                           Service will be at M.E. Rodridguez Furneral Home

                            511 Guadalupe St. with burial to follow in First Memorial Park Cemetery
