Ricky McClain, a beloved resident of Rayland, Ohio, passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 77. He was born on April 10, 1947, and had a full and fulfilling life.

Ricky attended Steubenville Big Red High School, graduating in 1969. He went on to serve in the United States Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant in the 509 unit for 21 years. Ricky was dedicated to his country and his work, earning the respect and admiration of all who knew him.

Outside of his military career, Ricky had a passion for hunting and fishing. He found solace in nature and enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors.

Ricky is survived by his loving spouse, Linda McClain, whom he married in 1969.Together, they raised two children: Edward McClain, who is married to Kathy McClain, and Todd McClain. He also leaves behind three adoring grandchildren.

Ricky will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace and continue to watch over us from above.
